Solution Engineer
As Dema’s Solution Engineer, you'll be the technical backbone ensuring our clients unlock the full potential of their data through the Dema platform. You’ll lead implementations from integration to activation, ensuring data quality, troubleshooting issues, and enabling seamless connectivity across systems. Acting as both advisor and problem-solver, you’ll provide hands-on support when challenges arise, helping clients resolve issues swiftly and keep their operations running smoothly.
In this role, you will:
- Collaborate with internal teams and the client to implement and configure the platform.
- Act as the first point of contact for any technical issues related to the application and provide direct support to end users, troubleshoot problems, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Develop training materials (e.g., user guides, tutorials) and run workshops to familiarize end-users with the software.
- Help test new software updates in the platform to ensure they work properly
- Act as a bridge between the technical team and the end users to ensure mutual understanding.
- Ensure seamless integration between the application and other systems within the organization, such as databases or other software solutions.
Qualifications and experience:
- Experience with and understanding of GraphQL and REST APIs, with the ability to ask the right questions to APIs for troubleshooting and new development.
- Foundational knowledge of SQL, crucial for troubleshooting and handling smaller tasks in a data-heavy environment.
- Efficiency in problem-solving by leveraging AI tools, creating small scripts, and finding ways to streamline repetitive tasks.
- Strong communication skills to effectively train users and translate technical concepts.
- Prior experience in the e-commerce industry is a plus.

Start date: Asap or Q1 2026.
Requirements for this position:
To be qualified for this position, you must have the legal authorization to work in Sweden (work permit or residence card) or be a citizen of the European Union.
