Customer Insights Lead

As Dema's Customer Insights Lead you’ll be the strategic link between insights in the platform and our clients’ commercial decisions. You’ll manage the ongoing client relationship from onboarding and data-driven insight delivery to marketing investment recommendations, ensuring clients turn analytics into measurable business outcomes.
In this role, you will:
- Act as the point of contact for our clients post-onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition and fast time-to-value.
- Analyze customer data to uncover growth opportunities, performance inefficiencies, and optimization areas.
- Support customers in planning and interpreting tests and measurements such as incrementality tests, Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), and campaign performance analysis.
- Prepare and lead customer meetings, presenting insights and actionable recommendations.
- Act as a bridge between our tech team and our clients, identifying issues and ensuring the right information reaches the tech team.
- Drive customer satisfaction, adoption, and long-term retention through trusted advisory relationships.
Qualifications and experience:
- 5+ years in e-commerce, performance marketing, growth, or data analytics, with client-facing experience.
- Strong grasp of marketing measurement (e.g. A/B testing, incrementality, MMM), with a track record of translating complex analyses into actionable strategies that drive growth.
- Confident analytical communicator, comfortable presenting insights to both business and technical stakeholders.
- Strong commercial understanding of how marketing investments drive sales and profitability.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, experience with UK clients and partners is a strong advantage.
- Background in SaaS, analytics, or BI-driven environments is a plus.
- Hands-on mindset and comfortable working directly with client data and preparing and presenting insights directly to clients.
