At Dema, we help brands make smarter, faster decisions with their data. You’ll work closely with merchants after onboarding, becoming their go-to partner for unlocking insights, increasing engagement with the platform, and translating complex data into clear actions that improve performance.
This role is not about running their ads, it’s about empowering them to make better choices by showing them what their data is really saying. You’ll be their growth advisor, not just their account manager. Someone who knows what good looks like, can spot opportunities in the numbers, and guide others toward smart, sustainable growth.
What you'll be doing:
- Be the strategic partner for ecommerce marketers using Dema.
- Coach customers on interpreting performance across Google Ads, Meta, and more.
- Spot usage drop-offs and re-engage customers with personalized insights.
- Build and share ecommerce data best practices (e.g. key metrics, trends, attribution tips).
- Help improve feature adoption by creating data-led playbook.
- Work closely with our CS, product, and ML teams to shape the future of our platform.
- You’re curious about using AI tools to boost your own productivity and unlock new insights faster.
Qualifications and experience:
- 2–5 years in performance marketing, growth, or ecommerce analytics.
- Hands-on with platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads and Google Analytics.
- You’re great at explaining data to non-technical folks.
- Experience in SaaS or client-facing roles is a bonus.
- You’re curious, proactive, and want customers to win.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, residing in Sweden.
