The role

We are seeking a skilled and creative Product Designer with strong visual design capabilities to join our design team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, a passion for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences, and the ability to transform ideas into visually compelling designs. Your work will pave the way for the discovery of insights that will drive business decisions for our clients.

What you’ll be doing:

• Create intuitive and visually appealing designs that align with our brand identity.
• Conduct user research to gather insights and inform design decisions.
• Maintain and evolve our design system and style guides for consistency across our platform.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver designs that not only meet user needs but also enhance the overall visual identity of our brand.
• Communicate design concepts and specifications clearly and effectively.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our designs remain current and competitive.
• Provide support to the commercial team as well as to the development team with visual design tasks.

We are looking for:

• 5+ years work experience as a Product Designer or UI/UX Designer.
• Core design skill sets, including visual design, interaction design and prototyping
• Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch or similar
• Very comfortable with planning, carrying out and analyzing user research.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design projects and process.
