The role

As a Software Engineer in the Integration team at Dema, you will build and maintain robust integrations between our core systems and a range of external platforms. Your work will ensure reliable data flows and compliant tracking solutions, optimizing how our analytics tool processes and delivers crucial insights for our users.

You will be part of a team who collaborate with the customer success team, data engineers, and other key stakeholders to design scalable solutions that solve real-world problems. Your responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations with third-party platforms (e.g., ecommerce platforms, ad networks, …).
• Develop scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines to unify input for other teams and tracking pixels to enable marketing insights.
• Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to understand and implement integration needs.
• Assist with technical onboarding and offboarding of customers, while building internal tools to enhance operational efficiency.
• Write clean, secure, and maintainable code while ensuring performance optimization.Develop systems to monitor data quality

We are looking for

• 4+ years of software development experience
• Strong Python skills with a love for type hints. Experience in TypeScript is a plus.
• Hands-on experience working with GraphQL and REST APIs and handling complex data formats.
• Knowledge of data pipelines, ETL processes, and how to ensure seamless data flows between platforms.
• Ability to troubleshoot in a fast-paced environment and provide efficient solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a collaborative mindset, and a willingness to work across teams to find the best solutions.
